This kit allows for the replacement of the OEM frequency encoder that come with the Saitek Multi Panel, while preserving all of the original functionality and allowing you to use all original drivers.

Options Explained:
- I Will Provide My Multi Panel For Install: Send us your panel and we will install the encoder kit for you.
- I Will Provide My Multi Panel For Install - Add Trim Wheel Kit: Send us your panel and we will install the encoder and trim wheel kit for you.
- Multi Panel With Encoder Kit Pre-Installed: Receive a modified Multi Panel where the encoder has been replaced.
- Multi Panel With Encoder And Trim Kit Pre-Installed: Receive a modified Multi Panel where the encoder and the trim wheel encoder have been replaced.

I had been considering this mod for a couple of years, during which time I investigated all available reviews. I also connected by email to identify my specific issues and concerns. The response was fast and answered my questions and concerns. My first thought was to just send one item for mod but made the decision to send my radio Panel as well. The modifications were completed and shipped for return to me within two days of MotiveMods receiving them. They work perfectly. I couldn't be happier with dealing with MotiveMods. Excellent service!

You'll have confidence the encoder is giving you solid results.  No more doing "safe cracker" fiddling to set the desired heading, altitude, etc.   If you take your simulator seriously, the updated encoder mod is well worth the investment.

Customer service is excellent with almost immediate replies to my text questions. The upgrade was performed in less than one day and the the Multi Panel  has now been restored to 100% working condition and is performing perfectly. Highly recommended if you can no longer adjust your altitude or heading due the failure of the original encoder. I will submit my Radio Panel for the same procedure at the 1st sign of failure.
